Larimer
President, Filterfresh Coffee Service, Inc. and Van Houtte
USA
David Larimer joined Filterfresh and Van Houtte USA as executive vice-president in November 2005 and
transitioned to president in March 2006 upon the retirement of the former president. Mr. Larimer
provides overall direction and leadership for the entire U.S. operations of Filterfresh Coffee Service
and Van Houtte USA, inclusive of Marketing, Sales, New Business Development, Finance, Human Resources,
Franchising, Acquisitions and all Corporate and Joint Venture branch operations.
Mr. Larimer brings to us 22 years of retail experience with a proven track record in sales, marketing,
operations, business development and franchise. He has achieved results in several environments, ranging
from start-up ventures to mature businesses and turnaround situations.
Prior to jointing Filterfresh/Van Houtte USA, he has held positions of increasing responsibility with major
corporations such as Mobil Oil and Priceline.com, as well as with several start-ups. Mr. Larimer earned a B.A.
in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Holloran
Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Holloran first joined Filterfresh in 1991 as an
Account Executive with the Filterfresh Cambridge franchise
and one year later was promoted to Director of Sales and
Marketing of the Cambridge location. When Filterfresh
Corporation acquired the Cambridge franchise in 1998,
Mr. Holloran was appointed General Manager and assumed
full P&L responsibility for the operation.
In 1999, Mr. Holloran was named Director of Business
Development of Filterfresh Coffee Service Inc., responsible
for securing national account contracts through the management
of a national account sales staff; the purchasing/vendor
relations for Filterfresh's preferred vendor program and
the development of local marketing plans. Additionally,
Mr. Holloran collaborated on new program development and
rollout, and also provided Sales Management direction
and support to the Filterfresh community.
In 2002, Mr. Holloran was promoted to Vice-President, Business
Development, and responsibilities were expanded to include all marketing
functions.
Mr. Holloran graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business
Management from Merrimack College, North Andover, MA,
and has successfully completed a "mini MBA" program
in Franchise Management from St. Thomas University in
Minneapolis, MN.

Dawn Sanders
Director of Acquisitions and Regional Operations
Ms. Sanders joined Filterfresh in January of 2005 as
Director of Acquisitions. Sanders' responsibilities include
identifying and pursuing new business additions and closing
acquisitions. In 2006, Ms. Sanders' responsibilities expanded into Operations, providing leadership and direction
to our southeast region and our network of franchises.
Prior to joining Filterfresh, Ms. Sanders served as vice president at Branch Banking and Trust Company, where she was instrumental in underwriting, structuring and negotiating deals. Previously, she was vice-president of Mergers & Acquisitions at Five Star Foods Services, Inc., Senior Vice President at Sun Trust Bank, and President – Whitfield County at Bank of America. Ms. Sanders has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Kevin Brown
Vice President, Finance
Mr. Brown joined Filterfresh in November 2004 as Corporate Controller responsible for the preparation of financial statements
and management of the accounting and finance staff. In 2006, he was promoted to Vice President, Finance, and his responsibilities expanded
to include the Information Technology function.
Prior to joining Filterfresh, Mr. Brown was most recently
vice president of Finance at Surebridge, Inc., a privately
held $50 million data hosting company. He also served
as Corporate Comptroller/Director of Finance at Storability,
Inc., a privately held software and data storage company
and spent two years at Arthur Andersen, one of the big
eight accounting firms, as well as 4 years at KPMG Peat
Marwick. Mr. Brown earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting
from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Malanowich
Regional Vice President, Operations
Mr. Malanowich first joined Filterfresh Coffee Service
Inc. in 1999, following its acquisition of Red Carpet
Coffee. One year later, he was named Director of Corporate
Operations for the Western Region of the United States,
responsible for the leadership and direction of all General
Managers within this region.
In 2002, Mr. Malanowich was promoted to Vice President
of Corporate Operations for the Western Region. In this
new role, his responsibilities have expanded to include
operations in Texas and acquisitions in Denver.
Prior to his association with Filterfresh, Mr. Malanowich
had been in the employ of Red Carpet Coffee Service, a
subsidiary of Van Houtte, Inc. since 1988. Mr. Malanowich
graduated from Kelsey College Saskatoon Saskatchewan with
a degree in Chemical Technology. |

| Rick Saltarelli
Regional Vice President, Operations
Mr. Saltarelli first joined our organization in 1983
as a supervisor in the Brandon, Manitoba branch of our
Canadian counterpart, Red Carpet Coffee Services. He continued
to move through the ranks of Operations within our Canadian
coffee service network for the next twenty years, including
positions as Branch Manager and District Manager. In 2003,
Mr. Saltarelli relocated to the United States and joined
Filterfresh as our Director of Acquisition Integration,
assisting with the assimilation of new businesses into
our network of coffee service branches. Mr. Saltarelli
was promoted to Regional Vice President, Operations, in
2006, expanding his responsibilities to include leadership
and development of a selection of corporate branches and
our joint-venture partners.
Mr. Saltarelli brings over 30 years of vending industry and coffee service experience to his role and holds
his management certificate from the University of Manitoba.

| Susan Donnelly
Director, Human Resources
Ms. Donnelly joined Filterfresh in 1996 as a human resources representative, establishing the department within
the company. In 1998, she was promoted to Manager, HR and in 2000 was promoted to Director, Human Resources.
Ms. Donnelly is responsible for meeting Filterfresh’s growing Human Resource needs and focuses her energies on the
attraction, retention and development of people. She is also responsible for the leadership and direction of all
Human Resources functions including Learning and Development, Benefits, and Payroll.
Ms. Donnelly began her career in customer service management before pursuing a career in Human Resources.
An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northeast Human Resource Association,
Ms. Donnelly graduated cum laude in 1995 from Newbury College with an A.A.S. degree in Human Resource Management.
