First let me state that we are an extremely small account and what strikes me as unusual in this day and age is that every time I call Filterfresh for an order, which is only about once every six weeks, the person who answers the phone knows me by my first name! I don't even have to state my company's name, nothing. Now that's impressive.

"... We've been sticking to regular Colombian coffee and everyone seems to like it real well. My favorite is the hot chocolate with a splash of one of the flavored creamers.

I like the cleanliness of the system. We don't have to dump out coffee grounds or clean out carafes all the time. It's also nice to have the sugar, creamer, etc. in their own place. This cuts down on mess too.

The biggest advantage of the machine is that it is so easy to get so many different drinks, however you want them. Before, we had a coffee pot with two carafes. We were making coffee constantly. If you wanted decaf, you usually had to make a pot yourself. For tea or hot chocolate, we would have to heat the water in the microwave. Now with Filterfresh, anyone can get regular, decaf, 50/50, café mocha, hot chocolate or hot water for tea or soup immediately! We're a business that has people in the building 24 hours a day. Now the few people here overnight can get a cup of coffee without brewing a whole pot.

We also love the customer service. Filterfresh will get you whatever you need, when you need it. They'll drive over right away to drop something off or if they don't have what you'd like, they'll get it for you."
